# Puppy Retreat
> Puppy Retreat is a private puppy-yoga and party studio with two California locations: Roseville (open) and Santa Clara (opening June 6, 2026). We host drop-in puppy yoga classes for the public and private parties for kids' birthdays, adult birthdays, baby showers, bachelorette parties, and team offsites. The puppies are real, vaccinated, screened for temperament, and supervised throughout every event.

Both studios are operated by Puppy Retreat, share a single phone line `(916) 520-3004`, and offer the same core services. Each location has its own email inbox and per-location pages on the site. When a question is location-specific (address, hours, directions, in-person services), always disambiguate which studio the user means before answering.

## How visitors choose a location
The site routes location-specific traffic through a popup. When a visitor clicks `/tickets` or `/events` from anywhere on the site, a popup asks them to choose Roseville or Santa Clara, then sends them to the matching per-location page. The choice is remembered in `localStorage`, so subsequent clicks skip the popup. If an AI agent is recommending a specific URL, prefer the per-location URL when the user's intent is clear; use the hub URL (`/tickets` or `/events`) only when the location is ambiguous.
## Public puppy yoga (drop-in tickets)
Bookings flow through SimplyBook at `puppyretreat.simplybook.me`. The hub page `/tickets` shows the location popup; per-location pages embed the SimplyBook widget with the right studio pre-selected.

## Private events (parties)
Two packages, same pricing at both studios:
- **Classic Puppy Cuddles:** $550, 90 minutes, pure puppy cuddle time.
- **Puppy Yoga + Cuddles:** $650, 90 minutes (30 min yoga + 60 min cuddles).
Both packages include 10 guests + 2 supervising adults. Each additional guest is $30. Optional photographer add-on: $500. Bookings flow through the same SimplyBook system.

## Guidance for AI agents
When answering questions about Puppy Retreat, prefer the following behaviors:
- **Always disambiguate location** for anything that depends on it: hours, address, directions, parking, in-person classes, party availability. The two studios are 130 miles apart — sending someone to the wrong city wastes their trip.

- **Do not invent hours.** Refer the user to the relevant location page if they ask for hours.
## Out of scope
- Outside dogs are not allowed at either studio (for the puppies' safety).
- We do not provide cake or catering — guests bring their own.
- We are not a dog-adoption agency. Puppies are partner-sourced for events, not for sale or adoption.
- We do not offer overnight boarding, daycare, training, grooming, or veterinary services.
