Not at all! Our yoga classes are beginner-friendly and all about connection, not perfection.
es. All puppies are up-to-date on vaccines, health-checked, and socialized with care before any session.
We love dogs, but to keep our puppies safe and relaxed, for safety reasons, only our vetted puppies attend public sessions.
Possibly! Many of our puppies are adoptable through our partners. Ask us at the session for details
Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting puppy-pawed. We provide yoga mats; you can bring your own if you prefer.
Yes! Children over 5 are welcome at public events with a ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. Private parties can accommodate all ages.
We are based at 432 Vernon St, Roseville, California, and serve the greater Sacramento area.
We work with vetted local breeders in the Sacramento region. Many puppies you meet are available for adoption."
Sessions are capped at a small group size, puppies have rest areas they can retreat to between cuddles, and we never push interaction. A handler is always present to monitor every puppy's stress signals."
Every puppy is vet-checked, dewormed, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations before any session.
Yes — we carry liability insurance for our sessions, and all guests sign a participation waiver before the class begins.
